The State of Fashion festival took place in Arnhem, Netherlands June-July 2018; it provided a platform for new critical ideas and initiatives relevant to fashion. As part of the program, the festival staged an exhibition called Searching for the New Luxury. Held in DEMELKFABRIEK - a disused milk-bottling factory in Arnhem – this exhibition presented new creative works that reimagined the concept of luxury, taking into account contemporary social and environmental issues.
Performance created in collaboration with choreographer Audrey Berger.
